HOME LEAVE – THE JOY AND THE PAIN!

by

I am fortunate enough to be able to enjoy home leave every year.  It is good to return to England each year and to reconnect with FCJs from the Province of Europe.   Of course, I really value the time with my family.  There is always the joy of catching up with family and friends and FCJs.  I return to Indonesia with a new sense of mission. However, before the return there is the pain of leaving.  It’s great to come home and it is agony to leave…and somehow God is in it all.

Clare as you leave Dad and Angie and your lovely extended family I am about to welcome Caroline Savoie for three days whilst she is on a trip to Europe to see two of her five children and grandchildren. She sends you her best love. Remember the baby’s shoe….? How to close down the Paris Metro…. Safe home Clare until next time. Beatrice
