The Reflection Garden – White Violet Center – More exploits of a ‘Tertian’

by

The slides below are photos I took in the Reflection Garden at the White Violet Center. In the afternoons during this sabbatical month I have time to read, walk, pray, reflect… This little garden is full of beautiful plants, and insects. It is a little oasis in one of the busier corners of this campus.

It is great to have the time to stop and notice the beauty instead of rushing to the next task on a busy agenda. I am really appreciating the gift of time, and realising too just how much I usually fail to see of the beauty around me as I run from one task to the next.

    Lynne,
I have enjoyed reading about your first week as a Tertian and the quote from Hildegarde, as well as the beautiful flower photos, reminded me to send you blessings. May you continue to ‘read walk, pray and reflect’ and be inspired by the beauty of Creation.
